I signed up and paid for a subscription to one of their affiliate sites. A couple of months later, it disappeared.
The domain name was no longer registered. I managed to get my account cancelled via white label; however, I didn't expect them to refund, and they didn't.
Two years later, they have attempted to take £115 from my debit card. I'm not signed up to any of their sites anymore. I have had no emails saying this is what they're doing and I certainly haven't authorised any payments.
Thankfully, my bank has blocked the payment.
Unfortunately, they have cancelled my card and I'm waiting for a new one, causing much inconvenience. I don't have access to my money and legitimate transactions are being blocked.
Since then, two further attempts have been made to take money by Venntro Media. Again, without authorisation from me.
Please stop.
I can only assume a rogue affiliate is trying to take money from my card or someone has managed to discover a password for one of the many duplicate accounts that white label creates on other domains and somehow my debit card details have been stored. Either way, it needs to stop.
Preferred solution: Stop trying to steal my money.

I wish to vehemently complain about your practices and unsuccessful attempts to contact yourselves about cancelling membership which I only enquired about. On Friday 28th the dating site "Cheeky Mature Dating" was opened and immediately you charged my card with $1.00 to join said site,then my attempts to cancel cannot be processed until after 48 hours at which time you will then charge my card with a 6 months subscription which no person in their right mind would allow.
Please cancel immediately subscription and delete account. Thankyou

Money stolen from my account and refusal to refund
- - Charged £89 in January after cancelling membership; refund refused.
- - They claim the charge covers 6 months, but a year was charged; they seek a remedy.
This company (Senior Dating) took £89 from my account in January, I cancelled my membership as I was getting no replies to my ad and asked for a refund, they replied saying that they would not refund me and that the money was for 6 months, yet they took A YEARS subscription. I am now looking at other means to get my money back. TOTAL SCAMMERS AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst Customer Service Ever

- - Partner site promised 72-hour setup, but no live date after two months.
I registered as a partner on your site and was allocated an account manager who has no regard for customer service or the company''s reputation. Has not bothered much to help with our site, doesnt pick up emails, doesnt return calls, goes on holiday with no contact.
Their site says a partner site can be up and running in 72hrs , mine has now been 2months with no live date in sight because of an account manager who has shown no regard for customers.

Illegal debits
- - Venntro charged my account since I canceled in Aug 2018.
- - They deny I canceled.
- - Cancelled after meeting a partner in June 2018; no emails.
I have just discovered that Venntro media group have taking money from my bank account since I cancelled my subscription back in August 2018.
They deny I cancelled it but if that is the case why have I not received emails from potential partners.
The reason I cancelled was I met a partner in June 18.

Avoid any site they run
- - Sites run well but share the same user base across names; vanilla sites attract kinky contacts.
- - Discreet sites share profiles with vanilla users.
Technically their sites run quite well, but there is one huge problem with them - all sites regardless of name and target audience share the same people.
So if you join what is meant to be a vanilla site, you will get lots of kinky people contacting, thinking you are on their site. If you join what you think is a discreet site for Marital Affairs, you will have your profile shared with lots of vanilla people - many of whom lecture for daring to be marries on "their" site.
This both *** people off, but also reduces the actual target audience you think you are getting, so it looks like hundreds, when in fact for your interest it might be a small handful, most of whom have already left pissed off with the site.
Avoid. Do a google on the site name and "white label dating" and see if your site is one of them.

I was joining one of their dating sites called date island of wight singles. They basically told me I was a fraud! And that I wasn't real!! For No reason what so ever!
I have heard this from friends when I mentioned it and they said I had a lucky escape cos most of their members are fake and are not real. Made up people.
Scamming and just after your money.
No real customer services.
I noticed their reviews are also run by their company. So fake reviews on their site because the reviews I found else where wasn't nice or any good. I just wished I found them earlier to avoid the headache the site as coursed me.
So my advice would be avoid. There are better sites out there

This company must be shut down

It was a while ago, they have many sites with many names, but all you need to know is, if it's ran by white label dating then DO NOT BOTHER! it's all lies and the profiles are all fake, there is no chance of any refund what so ever, so avoid them, even if you see a profile pic of someone you know it means nothing, their just another victim that has had their pic stolen by these pack of money grabbing lying scammers, god only knows how rich this mob has got scamming people, this company of lying money robbing cheats must be shut down because that's all they are as they don't provide any service what so ever.
Being jerked around trying to find legit women

It might have helped to get the result you wanted if you were at least partly literate! Most of the problems consumers experience on dating sites is caused by not paying attention to the detail and then becoming ignorant and rude and expecting that to be an incentiive for the company to help you. Taking a conciliatory and reasonable stance when making contact usually does the trick; I'd love to see your face when someone calls for you to be hanged for what they perceived to be a broken promise!
